I find that during winter my skin gets very dry, no matter how much moisturiser I use. It also doesn't make a difference what moisturiser I use, the next day my skin is just as dry. Also, when I put the moisturiser on, especially my face, it then feels too oily, even when I only put a bit on. I can never get it right.

Thanks for nice advice. As for me, I also have dry skin in winter. My mother advises me to drink more water while I don't see how it can help, besides, I do drink water. I will include more zink and iron in my diet. I've also found nice winter skin care tips: http://www.tubesfan.com/watch/winter-skin-care-tips . The video is not long but very informative.

Hi jus recently i'v gt very much addictided to these pro ANA - pro MIA websites, diets, and exercise plans please HELP ME all of this started just a few mounths back febuary 2010 when i started limiting my food and doing just a little exercise but then i typed i ANOREXIA on you tube and got a little insroation after only wisiting these you tube videos a few times i then whent on to the pro ana sites and these gave me real thinspoation, i'm now visiting the sites everyday 4 at least 2 hours and i'm doind at least 1 - 2 hours of exercise i'm also limiting my food as much as i can i.m only eating 1 meal a day and 1 snack and somedays i'll then make myself sick. so far i've lost 3st 9pounds. (this isn't an excuses or anything but when i started visiting these sites and doing i'nd just split up with my boyfriend, and i was very depressed)

PLEASE HELP ME

I have recently had a gastric bypass (last year) and loosing weight has reduced to very gradual loss, I also suffer from IBS very severe sometimes, can you advise me of foods that would not agrevate my IBS,  but fill me for longer so I can stop grazing, also to give me more energy. I take a 24 hour multi vit, selenium ace, kelp, lecethin, flaxseed, iron and calcium tablets to supplement my diet, too much fibre agrevates my stomach. Many thanks

This is a very common problem in most of the women now. Using of so many different kinds of chemical mixed creams might be the top reason for this. My sister in law is a professional beautician and she always talks about body nutrition and facial care. Not only the use of chemicals can cause this problem but the problem inside your body like, hormonal imbalance can also bring out these problems. So, we need to be very careful about our inside health and be conscious about what we eat and drink. Some of the common and easy solutions for this problem would be; 1. drink much water as you can 2. eat green leafs and vegetables 3. wash your face with a proper hygienic soap that doesn't affect your skin 4. drink energetic juices like purest colloids and other drinks 5. reduce eating fatty foods, sugar and take a good sound sleep. Now, these are some methods that you can use in order to stop your problems and have a good relation with your husband.
