Wellwoman has been formulated as a nutritional supplement for women of all ages, and contains antioxidants and some essential fatty acids which may help to maintain healthy skin as well as all-round vitality and wellbeing, though has not formulated to treat psoriasis. I would recommend Perfectil Plus which has been formulated for skin health and includes Omega-3 fish oil as well as Omega-6 from starflower and blackcurrant seed oil, plus a comprehensive multivitamin formula. Perfectil Plus is a nutritional food supplement and not a treatment for any condition. Psoriasis may be familial and there can be many different triggers, including stress and sometimes irritants your skin may come into contact with. If it has suddenly flared try to identify what has changed recently to see if you can identify any triggers; diet, lifestyle (and topical applications including things like a different washing powder etc). Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need any further information. If your condition persists I recommend you visit your GP.

hi, thks 4 ur advice on taking pregnacre and wellwoman. am about to stop breastfeeding my baby,guess i can start taking dietim for fittness as wellas wellwoman though on alternate days.hope the dietrim wont have any effect on my baby while breastfeeding.

Dietrim is suitable to be taken whilst breastfeeding, however, should not be taken during pregnancy.

We don’t recommend using Pregnacare Breastfeeding on the same day as Wellwoman as both have been formulated as complete comprehensive multivitamins. This means that taking both would mean unnecessarily doubling up on certain levels of nutrients which are common to both products. Pregnacare Breastfeeding has been formulated with key specific ingredients for the postnatal period, including extra calcium and essential fatty acids, beneficial to mother and baby during this period. However, should you been very keen to take Wellwoman they can be taken on alternate days.

Hi I Have been taking well-woman original for more than 2maybe 3 yrs i love it wont go a day without it .But my question to you is as much as i love it wont go without it hair fab best it ever been nail the same yet i don't sea a difference in my skin the one part of me that i would love to get a bit no sorry a lot better Regards liz.
