I am an extremely busy mum of 4 and my life is totally hectic! My eldest is 13 and my youngest is 8 weeks. My husband works away 5 days a week so I am basically running around like a lunatic 24/7. I barely get any sleep as my little one is not a very good sleeper and most of the time I feel like I am running on empty. I have no family living close by who can help by babysitting for an hour or 2 so I can go to the supermarket etc so I am constantly on the go with the kids. For school runs, after-school clubs, extra-curricular clubs, sports clubs - my kids are always somewhere every single day I am usually running around until about 9 at night dropping them off + picking them up! I am exhausted and would love to give these a try to give me back some vital energy reserves that I am really lacking!
Hi,
I'm a 38 year old mum of three boys who are 15, 12 and 10. I am the registered carer of the youngest and we are often back and forward to hospital and school, so busy juggling!
I ran a 5k race in Hyde Park this weekend and beat my personal best, but still have a way to go, I'm more of a plodder than a speedy lady! I'm also slowly getting my weight down.
I am out road running 3 days a week and have signed up to do a 10k race next. I am also waiting to hear if my London 2011 Marathon application was successful.
I am quite new to exercise! I started running to raise money for charity 4 months ago. Before that I had done nothing since PE lessons when I was 16! Sometimes the thought of going out the door and running is quite daunting, and I have to really psyche myself up, but once I'm out there I feel like I am acheiving something.
I want to get fit, feel good and take care of my body. (My 40th is a year and 2 months away and my aim is to feel younger than I did at 30)
Hi i'm a 27 year old mum with 2 children. I'm currently at uni and so things can get a bit hetic with looking after the kids and getting work done and in on time. My husband is in the army and through this i have become quite interested in fitness and attend two wives curcuits sessions put on for us weekly. I also regurlay try to get to the gym on our camp and if i'm unable to will use my cross trainer at home. I have noticed recently that i'm always tierd and very grumpy.
hi i have very busy and tight schedule at work working with small children, always up and running, still find hard to lose weight, also before i start work try and do brisk walking for 30 mins or sometime after work, also because of my age its very hard to lose weight and get back in shape as other wise it affects my knees . I have only about another 4 weeks before i go for my next appointment
Hi I'm Elisa, and recently I have feeling so tired specially during my periods, unfortunately i stop going to the gym a couple of months ago and starting running at my local park, well power walking really, I do take some supplements but to seem to work much I'm always at home doing some domestic work or out with my dog, so soon I will be back to University and being out of work made me put 3 stones, and I foound that I need some extra energy to keep up the fitness by trying to use the swiss ball at home, but being 32 years old is not as easy as it used to be when I was 20 and a slimmer size 6 to astonishing size 14 now so I would love so feel healthy again, whithout feeling tired all the time, getting very spoty and super dry hair and skin, thanks for taking the time to read my comments.Elisa
I have four children ranging from ages 8 - 15, and I am constantly running after them - from early morning taking them to school (walking 20 minutes) to all the after school activities. I suffer from an under active thyroid, and although I try to keep fit with as much walking as possible - I do tend to feel tired a lot. I would love to be included in your trial. Thanks
My expectations of any such product are low to nonexistent.
Could this possibly be effective?
Would it help someone who is disabled?
In the current financial climate any expenditure needs to be closely scrutinised.
Might the expenditure on this be justifiable?
Only a trial will tell.
I'm 33 years young and have a very hectic yet sedentary job at the University of London working with research students. Luckily there is a gym at my workplace which I use regularly, particularly as I am recovering from a back injury, and need the regular workouts to keep on builnding strenght in my core. I'm also stepping up the cardio and weights, as I need to lose the extra pounds that crept on whilst I was suffering the worst of the injury (a few too many choccies seemed to keep my mood up whilst I was feeling sorry for myself!). So the vitamins would help give me the necessary energy to go through the workout, and no doubt the L-Carnitine can help shifting off the flab, so would love to take part in this trial! ;-)
I've just joined a gym after getting out of the habit of exercising regularly for about 6 months,i've recently started working in a job that keeps me on my feet and i'm hoping it doesn't take too much out of me that i won't want to waste my gym membership!! I could definately use a boost of some sort and this product sounds ideal.
I turn 29 in December and have recently been diagnosed with endometriosis with some harsh treatments coming up. I work 2 jobs so work on average 14 hours a day. I also am a member of a gym and try to go 3 times a week doing a mixture of cardio, pilates and toning. I would love to be part of your trial and can promise an honest and reliable feedback
I have a six week old baby and return to work in two weeks time. I also signed up for an exercise class and I do wonder what multi vitamin I will need to cope with night feeds, a full days work and a vibrant excercise session in the evenings. I also have an 18yr old daughter who is busy getting her drivers - stress in it's own, and a 13yr old daughter who is coping with being a teenager and school and life. Then I still have to be able to take care of my husband and make sure he knows I have not forgotten him and still love him dearly. OH my, just thinking about the schedule is madness - cant wait to try your vitamin.
I have such a hectic lifestyle nowadays. I'm 24 years old. I work very hard, have two young boys and never get everything finished. Busy all day long. I have been looking around for a good supplement to help me along with a healthy lifestyle. So I might be able to keep it up for good. I'm a little run down and desperate for better fittness and higher energy levels. So please, I would love to take part in this trial and you will get some really detailed feedback. I would be so greatful.
Hi, I am 55 (young looking) I exercise by using my Wii fit every day, I also walk up and down 7 flites of stairs at work each day. I am always tired, I travel up to glasgow from newcastle every two weeks to visit mt 94 yr old mum. I have had all blood test nothing can be found, also my blood preasure is spot on and cholestral is aby 5.3. I would love to be chosen to take part as I feel I need a boost to my body. to keep it ticking over nicely and keep stress at bay.
I feel i would be great for testing this product. I run m own dance and fitness company and teach up to 15 classes a week. I often feel exhausted and my joints feel still. Im 23 years old an a size 14/16, eat a healthy diet but i know i am not getting the nutritional support my body needs to mybusy physical lifestyle, i also feel am holding alot of excess body weight considering my lifestyle.
I am a working mum to a daughter of 18, son of 16 & step mum to a 9yr old. I am a kitchen manager in a special needs school, which is very rewarding. I enjoy the gym & go 3 times a week but i prefer to run outside. I enjoy 10k races & this year i ran the London Marathon. I have entered the ballot again to run in 2011, so this trial would be great for me
I think this would be great for me! As a mother to 4 children aged 5 months, 2 years, 3 years and 4 years I definitely lead a busy hectic life. As I have had the children so close together my body has taken quite a beating and I really need to lose a few stone. I have a bad back so the normal route is difficult for me. I need help!!!
I am 29 (for another 6 days anyway). I work in London and after a 9 hour day need to hit the gym. I train 14 days out of 15 with a mixture of cardiovascular for 50 minutes, followed with 40 minutes of resistance training. Some days I train for up to 2 and a half hours in combinations. At the weekend I tend to attend excercise classes also. I commute 25 miles to work in the city and find that sometimes maintaining my energy levels for excercising in the evening is difficult but nonetheless find it essential for my well being. I eat well and insist on ingesting my 5 a day of fruit and vegetables. I would love the opportunity to see if your product could benefit my lifestyle, improve the energy release from my diet and remove the fatigue I feel at towards the end of my working day.
Hi, i am a 31 year old female who is looking for a product of this kind to help get me back to my pre-op state, you see, 14 months ago i had major abdominal surgery and have struggled to get back to my normal self, the last year has been tough, i am a mum to 3 very full on children and am trying to improve energy levels and get the kick back into my physical well being, short and sweet i know but what more can i say? i would love to give your product a go it sounds like its just what i need, hope you can help!! xx
i am a pgde student, who tried to lead a very active lifestyle. I have always been very fit, until about a year ago. I have been ill on and off throughout my life, and last year i became very ill again. I had problems eating and starting going to the doctor. at first, they could not find out what was wrong. They decided to put me on steriods because i was ill all of the time and losing weight. I gained loads of weight very quickly. I have now found that i am a celiac and have been taken off the meds. however, i am still overwight and having a hard time losing. I workout, cycle everywhere, and run; but i can't seem to do enough to lose weight. I just don't feel healthy anymore. i am worried that my busy work/teacher training/ travel schedule are keeping me form being the person i want to. i feel that the 3 month supply might be just what i need to get myself back up and going.
Hi, I am 49 in a month's time (on Halloween in fact) and had life changing experiences in the last 18 months. I work full-time at the moment as a project officer in the NHS (although at risk of redundancy). I am now separated after 28 years of marriage, so have joined the gym which I go to about 3 times a week and play badminton once a week with friends from work. When the weather is nice I go for walks by the river near where I live. Learning to try to eat balanced meals when cooking for just one, it seemed so much easier when cooking for the family.
Anything that would give me more energy and stop me feeling tired all the time would be a great bonus at the moment.
I am a 31 year old, working mother of three children, aged between 10 years and 20 months. When I am not at work, or doing the housework, or doing the food shopping or preparing dinner, I have a large dog who needs plenty of exercise. I cycle everywhere, with my youngest daughter behind in the trailer. I go to Zumba dance classes on a friday, I am not taking any vitamins at the moment. When all my duties are finished, it's then time to play with the children. They know I am tired and I try to give them as much as I can, I just want to be able to give them 100%. By the end of the day I am exhausted and tend to crash out on the sofa. I am hoping these supplements will give me the edge to carry-out all my duties and still have enough energy to play with the children.
Hi, my name is Kim and I am a 24 year old student. I currently work 2 jobs, and attend school. I recently graduated with my associate’s degree, and I am now pursuing my bachelor’s degree. When I am not in school or at work, I spend my free time at the gym, and volunteering at the local American Cancer Society office. I also participate in a program called "road to recovery" where I offer rides to cancer patients who are unable to drive. Just a couple of months ago, by boyfriend of 2 years popped "the question"! We will be getting married on March 25th of next year, and I can't wait. I would love to be a part of this trial. I have always enjoyed being active, and I have just in the last couple of weeks gotten back into a routine of watching what I eat, and spending more time in the gym. I have plenty of excuses of why I didn't go to the gym, but now my main focus is fitting into a wedding dress :) I have been trying to work out at least 5 days a week, either at the gym or at home. I have also been more cautious of what I buy at the grocery store. My fiancé and I try to help motivate each other to stay on track. Although I have a busy schedule, I enjoy being a hard worker, and I am very organized. I would enjoy the opportunity to use your product, and take the proper amount of time needed to share my experiences. Thanks for you time. Kim
Hi,
I work as a medical receptionist in a very busy doctors surgery and often feel run down due to the fast pace of the work schedule and long shifts without a break.
I do manage to fit the gym in at least 4 days a week and this helps with the stress of modern working life.
Would love to trial this product for you and happy to fill out survey forms also.
Hi I'm 29 and I have a very hectic schedule. I am a full time Social Work Student and I work part time in the Social Services Sector with Young People. I am always on the go and love to do yoga and meditation to relax although I can never seem to find the time for that either. I always feel lethargic and can get anxious when I'm stressed. So therefore, I would love to be considered for your trial.
dear wellwoman, i m a 30 year old police dog handler and work shift work - this consists of very early starts, working all through the night and long hours. My police dog lives at home so i am very busy excersing and training him on my days off as well as running and keeping fit and i live on my own so have the house to look after! i was ill last year for over 12 months with a virus that turned into glandular fever, i still get so tired and run down and struggle at times to work-out! this has made me really down and i am struggling to get the old me back! i want the fit, healthy, confident and strong me back - i believe this trial will give me the oppourtunity to kick start me off in the right direction - please give me a chance of acheiving this! thanks, gemma x
Hi, Please can you consider me for your trial. I feel I need a helping hand, I am 40 years old, sometimes working 16 hours a day, forgetting to eat till feeling feint. When I have the energy I do try to swim early in the mornings and try to eat healthily (excluding the pizza I have just had!) most of the time - I would like some support and advice in trying to maintain some sort of equilibrium in my hectic and haphazard lifestyle. As an ex bulimic and anorexic I avoid fad diets and try to keep a sensible overview on it all!
Hi, I would like to be considered for this trail because, iam a 45 yr old wife, nan, uni student, and i like to walk regulary with a group of friends and i try to fit in a couple of aerobic session a week in to my busy schedule and eat healthy to keep my self well, but regulay feel very tiered.
No energy at days end, exhausted when my head hits the pillow and can never find enough time in the week to get to the gym. From walking the dog, laundry, ironing, cooking, dishes, grocery shopping, house cleaning, cutting the grass, picking up & dropping the kids off, being a teenage carer and providing the teen some of my time and adding this to my weekly job of working with young carers, I am on the go non stop and would love to try the trial product.
Hi. I'm a pharmacy student at the moment, a chaotic and busy work schedule. I've just been on an exchange to Canada to see their healthcare system and it was really interesting to see actually how different it is. Because most of my summer was taken up by this exchange, I haven't had much time to relax and sort out my health. Usually, I train at the university gym 2-3 times per week, but I don't spend that much time in there as I'm very work conscious. For starting this new academic year in September, I've booked a personal trainer to hopefully get me toned up. I try to research supplements in order to try them but don't have much time for this. Being a pharmacy student I would relish the opportunity to be picked for this trial as 1 of 40 women as I could give you feedback and impart any experiences I have, at the same time as learning and building on my knowledge as I continue my pharmacy degree. This trial would give me invaluable knowledge which I can then eventually refer to patients and advice about supplements and their health.
I'm 39 years old, have a busy job in central government and frequently do 10 hour days at work. I love hillwalking and hiking, which I do a lot of, and I go to the gm regularly. I've recently taken up running and am in training for a 10km race in a few weeks time. I eat healthily as much as I possibly can and love to cook. But I travel to London a lot with work (I'm Leeds based) and sometimes have to rely on pre-packaged food for meals. I have just started eating fish again after years as a vegetarian because it was just too hard to have a balanced diet. I have a disabled Dad who lives 20 miles away, who I go and see as much as I can, plus 3 siblings, nephews and lots of friends to stay in touch with. And last but not least, I have a partner who lives 35 miles away who I try and see as much as I can of too. At some point in the next 18 mnths we'll probably try for a baby, so I need to be in really good shape in my advancing years!
I absolutely love my life, but I'm always on the go. It can be very tough fitting in gym and running and general exercise in amongst everything else. Sometimes I feel too tired but I make the effort and I never regret making myself do something physical or active. So I either train at the gym or run a variety of routes from 4km to 8km near to where I live. If I could have a wish from a fairygodmother or a genie, it would be for more energy and physical wellbeing. That's what makes it possible to be hectic and still not be overwhelmed.
I'd be really interested in how supplements could help keep me healthy whilst I'm juggling so many things and training quite hard too.
im 23 with 2 small children, i have put weight on in the last 2 years and really want to start getting fit and healthy i have been in and out of hospital in the last year with pains due to pregnancy and have not regained to the confidence to look after myself. i really need something to lift me help and help me be more energetic and alive so i can do more things with my family especially my children. i want to walk my eldest to school and back without feeling paranoid about myself and weight. i think your trial would benefit me greatly to help me feel fit and healthy and will boost me to want to walk and excercise more and loose weight helping me to re-gain my confidence. i would really love to try the trial anything to get me motivated and show my boys and good example of keepin fit and healthy rather than being lazy and miserable like i am now . i also have three young brothers and sister who i have over regually to play with kids and would like to be able to do things with them too
