Review Jergens Naturals new body moisturisers [Now Closed]
Most of you will know about ‘super foods’ and how they can benefit your health. In fact most of you probably eat some kind of super food every day. But have you ever thought about how these nutrient-rich foods could be applied in other ways?
When Jergens Naturals told us about their new body moisturisers, it made a lot of sense to us. At least 96% natural, they are formulated from plant-derived ingredients – so it’s almost like putting a super food straight onto your skin.
Jergens Naturals want some of you to test their new moisturisers and share your thoughts. We have two products up for grabs:
Total Nourishment Body Moisturiser – Treat your skin to a wholesome diet of nature’s super foods. Key ingredients cranberry, acai berry extract and mangosteen extract will help strengthen the skin’s resilience, giving supple, nourished and instantly healthier looking skin.
Cocoa Butter Replenishing Body Moisturiser – A light and natural moisturiser that immediately transform dry, thirsty skin and replenishes your body’s moisture with an intensive skin treat. 97% cocoa butter, sunflower oil and vitamin E.

If you fancy reviewing one of the Jergens Naturals products, leave a comment telling us what your favourite super food is and why.

My favourite superfood is oats, because:
*They have SO MANY health benefits - but especially good for heart health (biggest cause of death for us ladies - got to keep our hearts healthy!!) * They fill you up (great if you're greedy! ;-) )* They're just yummy!
* They're versatile - sweet, savoury foods, no worries! Flapjacks, toppings for crumbles and casseroles, in the morning for breakfast!
* They're cheap and readily available (unlike something like acai berries!) and not totally dependent on seasons.....
*They're great to use outside of food - as a gentle facial scrub or in a little muslin bag under a running tap, they make a really soothing moisturising lovely bath :-)
So get your oats - I do, and feel fab for it!! :D

broccoli, cabbage and green beans. I could eat a bowl full of them alone. When I was pregnant I went mad on these and since having my son the craving has just carried on! So much better than stuffing my face with chocolate! ha ha Oh and strawberrys, blueberrys and pinapple with icecream remind me of my childhood. mmmm
I once read that 5 Brazil nuts a day gives you your recommended daily amount of Selenium. I have no idea what Selenium does for you but I started it immediately (inflicting the five-brazil-nut-programme on the other girls in my office too) and since then I have noticed a massive improvement in my skin (adult acne – boooo!) and also in aspects of PMS such as tender boobs and mood swings. I love those little nuts!
My superfood has to be fresh figs. I discovered these when holidaying in Greece, my Greek friend had fig trees in her garden and we used to eat fresh figs everying morning for breakfast. They taste great fresh or dried and have alot of nutritional value such as Vitmanin A, B1, B2, Calcium and Iron to name but a few. Figs are a great way to start the day and a good for de-tox. I would love to have my own fig trees!!!
avocados are the best superfood ever, you can mash them and put on skin and hair like face masks or hair conditioner, and when eating them they give you loads of energy, are perfect for the mornings as they keep you feeling full till lunch time, great for energy and before exercise, avocados have been used by the greeks and romans as well as the chinese for years, so aside from bathing in milk this is surely the next best thing, good for your insides as well as your outsides, and i am surprised that jegens naturals hasnt put it in their ingredients yet!!! I would love to product test this as it is right up my Street
