I recieved my Accssorize makeup just in time for a wedding i was going to, so i wore the makeup for the evening party.
neon eye dust shade hot magenta, loving the colour, not my normal. realy nice. the jar was a bit hard to get into, it was very glitery, perfect for a party. iused a brush to put it on for a better look. i would give it 6 out of 10.
Diamond sparkle lip gloss. love the smell, really nice to use, lasted ages, even with drinking. i would give it 10 out of 10.
lipstick shade velvet pink , lovely smell like coconut, my freind borrowed this to try, she said it was worth buying really smooth to put on, lasted a long time. 9out of 10.
We were commented on our makeup, so it was nice to be noticed .

Effectiveness - It does a fairly good job of providing a nice colour, but my shade was way too sheer and even with 3 coats it is still sheer. Perhaps it is designed to be like this?
• Ease to use - Pretty easy to apply. The brush is pretty good. Not as good as one from e.g. Ciate, but it's not the worst I've used.
• Value for money - I'm not sure how much this retails at, but I would guess around £4? That's not a bad price for an Accessorize nail varnish.
• Overall rating out of 10 - I would rate this 4 out of 10. This is purely based on the shade I received. If I had tested another shade that is less sheer, I would perhaps have given it a higher rating.
I tried a number of the products from the range, and I think they work well in combination, as well as individual highlights in your normal daily make up routine.
'With Love lipsticks are glossy and fresh, strong colours (but not overpowering) and long lasting. I trialled the Velvet Pink colour, and found it to be soft enough for my completion (having blond hair often means have to miss out on strong colours). The first thing I noticed was the cute packaging, a sleek silver tube with a sparkling diamante topped end. Upon opening it, before I even got it to my lips, I was hit with the sweet perfume, l similar to coco butter, or vanilla. I have to say that was a great touch, and I love wearing a subtle scent on my lips. My lips stayed soft (not at all dry) and the colour was there for hours.
The Illusion Diamond Lip Gloss, in contrast is a subtler colour that is more about shimmering lips and includes a little glittery element to boot! It also has a divine coconut scent, and the shade I tested is called Forbidden (I know they have another colour called Bewitch which seems to be a more traditional paler pink). The Forbidden version is a dark pink, very glossy and long lasting. I’m not sure how they do it, but it isn’t sticky in the slightest (a pet peeve of mine is having my hair stuck to my gloss!). I think I’m more a glass than lipstick girl, so I know I’ll be carrying this one around in my pocket.
I also trialled the Exotic Brights Eye Dust and Rock Star Baked Duo Eyeshadow.
The Eye Dust was Gold Leaf and the Rock Star Duo was called Break Up (how cheeky!). The Dou is a subtle combination of eyeshadows that would blend well together, dark gold in the centre, blending out to place gold in the corners. This is a great one for daily wear, in my opinion. The Exotics Brights are clearly designed to get you attention. They are strong and radiant, my eyes popped when I put it on! It comes in a little shaker, so that you can tip it out and apply it to a loose brush (also I dusted my cheeks with it a little and it really helped to glow).
All in all I think this range would make a great addition to any makeup bag for the party season, and also a definite winner for stocking fillers! 9/10!
Accessorize 'With Love' Lipstick
I received the With Love lipstick to review, first of all the packaging is absolutley gorgeous with the big jewel on the top of the lid.The packaging as a whole is very attractive.
The lipstick itself had a very nice smell almost like vanilla, the colour, which was (really red) was very vibrant, unfortunatley not a colour I would wear so I only tried it whilst in the house. The lipstick went on very smooth and didn't feel greasy. It lasted a long time and with it being so bright it did actually stain my lips. I love everything about this product apart from the colour and i would most definitely be taking a look at the whole range to see what i could buy for gifts as well as for myself.
Fab range 10/10.
I tried the new accesorize diamond lip gloss in bewitch andd have to say I really liked it.
From the smell of it, the colour and the way it applied so smoothly I will be buying more. Best of all for me was the fact that if you have long straight hair it didnt stick to it as that always annoys me,as for the kiss test well my boyfriend usually hates lip gloss but he didnt mind this as it wasnt as sticky as most and had a pleasant taste.
Overall a really good value for money product.
Accessorize Exotic Brights Eye Dust
The packaging is very nice, simple and very attractive. It was quite difficult to start with to get into the product as it was quite fiddly.
The appearance of the dust was not very good when first opened as it was not of an uniform consistency. The powder has to be applied by brush only, it didn't work as effectively when using fingers or an eye shaddow applicator.
The colour appears very light, sparkly and ideal for special occassions look - such as a party or Christmas. The dust creates very bright and shimmering look which is very nice but the overall look is not as expected. Because the powder is so light, it is not possible to see the a definite colour look. I would use this product to achieve shimmering and sparkly eyes by applying together with a colour eye shaddow. Or using it on its own just to get that sparkly nude effect.
I was not supplied with the price of the product so cannot comment on value for money. I would expect this product to retail somewhere between £2.50 - 4.00.
My overall rating is: 7/10.
Absolutely loved the "Illusion Diamond Lip Gloss" from the moment I opened it and was met by the sweet smell of toffee cheesecake!
It has been so easy to use and not at all sticky like other lip glosses I own. It does not feel greasy and lasts such a long time. I love the colour, it's so girly, and even though I wouldn't have thought it would suit me, I received so many compliments, so I would definately buy another tube when this one runs out!
Very good value for money as you don't need to use lots of gloss for all over and even coverage, even the smallest amount of gloss gives maximum impact.
Have really enjoyed sampling this product (and so have all my friends judging by the amount of time I've heard "Can I borrow that new lip gloss of yours!!!") Definately a make-up bag must-have!!!
Can't wait until the full range is released so I can pick up more of these gorgeous items! Would definately give the Illusion Diamond Lip Gloss a 10/10 for it's easy to use nature, gorgeous colour and long lasting high impact shine.
(The only thing I would change is for it to have a dangle on it so I can attach it to my keys and keep it with me all the time!!)
