My review - the Salt Cave

The Salt Cave - Tunbridge Wells

On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who explained what the treatment entailed and also the benefits of the treatment, which I liked because it helped me understand the Salt Cave.

We were asked us to fill in a health questionaire and were told this was so they can assess and understand the client's underlining problem.

The Salt cave room was dimly lit and was very relaxing and I even found myself drifting off after 30 minutes and by the time the 60 minutes was over I already felt the benefit because my sinises felt clearer than they had in a long time and that evening I slept really well and no complaints about my snoring  from my partner.

I will definitely be going for more treatment , because I think the cost of the treatment is a good investment and would recommend the Salt Cave to people that have respiratory concerns.

I give the whole experience 10/10
