Hi there, i had this problem so ill tell u wot worked 4 me. Firstly massage coconut oil in2 your hair once a week  and rinse a towel in warm water and then wrap your hair in it for a couple of hours. Do note that when the towel cools down rinse in warm water again and wrap your hair again. Then use baby shampoo but take care when washing your hair to use very luke warm water and use cold water for the final rinse.

Hello there,

I'm so sorry, this sounds like it's really upsetting you and you don't know where to turn. I'm glad you have shared your feelings here and I hope we can help.

Because hair loss could be for all sorts of reasons, some of them related to health, it's really important that you go along to your GP at your local doctors' surgery and tell him or her about your hair loss. If it is not something medical, it could be an allergy, it could be stress-related, it could be all sorts of things that can be overcome. But the main thing is to make sure it's nothing that needs your doctor's help to treat.

Good luck and let us know how you get on,

Holly
