We're very excited to have three copies of her book to give away to TP members. In order to get your hands on a copy, we'd love you to submit your top green beauty tip in the comments below.

About Look Great Naturally... Without Ditching the Lipstick
Janey's latest book covers everything you need to know about looking natural while remaining glamorous - and kind to the planet. In her extensive guide, she delivers tried and tested personal health and beauty tips to help you enrich your daily life.
• Get the lowdown on how to enhance your health through raw food, superfoods, natural remedies and alternative therapies
• Discover natural health and beauty products that are good for both the environment and your purse
• Reduce your stress levels and get the right work-life balance
There are so many natural products that you can use as part of your beauty regime! Use cucumber or cold tea-bags on tired, puffy eyes. Sugar is brilliant as a natural skin exfoliator when you are in the bath or shower. Vinegar is absolutely brilliant as a hair conditioner - just add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to your hair as you are rinsing it after washing! It really improves the cleanliness + shine of your hair and of course, drinking loads of water is brilliant for your complexion and body health
Mix some avocado with a little cucumber water and clean fine sand and scrub lightly for 5 minutes, then rinse and position your face over a hot bowl of milk and mint sprigs for 10 minutes (complete with head towl ladies, lol) and then apply natural yoghurt mixed with a half a peach for a further 10 minutes. You will feel like you've had a complete facial and totally refreshed inside too :D enjoy!
Brown sugar scrub..........Combine half a teaspoon of finely milled brown sugar with equal amounts of extra virgin olive oil and use it to exfoliate all over the face, elbows and knees, wherever you want to get rid of a bit of rough skin. It works like a treat and is made in the comforts of your home in a matter of seconds. Your skin look luminous and feels divinely!
Use oils! Jojoba is great for the face (at least oily / combination skin - it balances, doesn't make more greasy!), and olive is great as a body moisturiser (make it into a scrub by adding some salt - lovely and med in scent :-) ), while coconut is brilliant for the hair (and again a great scent!!)
Also look for places using less packaging - you can go to lush and reuse packaging, and buy with no / minimum packaging (e.g for items like soaps)...
This book sounds great - thanks TP (and Janey!!)

Rosehip seed oil is a fantasticaly effective and safe facial oil, packed with vitamin A and E, and is renowned to easing wrinkles and restoring a glow to sad, dehydrated skin.
Brilliant stuff!
And, after washing your hair, if you give it a final rinse with cold water, it will ensure a sleeker and less 'fuzzy' texture.
Also, if you run out of rouge, use a dab of red lippy on your cheeks instead, and remember to rub it in, so you don't look like Aunt Sally!
use olive oil on skin for super softness, always exfoliate scrub scrub scrub to get a lovely glow,a little fake tan mixed with your moisturiser on your face the nite before and you get a lovely glow in the morning, even so that you can ditch the foundation and powder for the day and enjoy smooth glowing skin instead,it works,i do it often! x
Hi there i was just thinking of this one my grandmother told me that she used to use tea on her legs and body to make it look as if she had a tan,She used to brew the tea leaves then put it in the bath and have a soak this was in 1940,I have not tried it has any one else heard of this thanks Jackie
Hiya, i'd really love to win this fantastic book.
My green tip is a bit unusual you might think but would you believe that yogurt, especially plain Greek variety, makes an excellent cleanser !! It's lovely and gentle and mild and very safe for even the most delicate of skins. Try it, you won't be disappointed xxx
