hello well where do i start! my nails nether grow they are so weak and they just brake or a layer starts to flake off its a pain especily as i dont like wearing false ones becouse my hands are always in the sink they just fall off! my hair is fine and falls out i put so much energy into my children/house/animals that im a shell of my self especialy after having 3 children close together my body feels drained of goodness!!

52 and always have had baby fine hair but lots of It's prone to breaking a lot with Colour and chlorine I am now going grey. At moment it's just the halo but if these can stop hair loss or lack of strength or greying I'm willing to give it a try I am a great believer in supplements

I am 45 and after years of bleaching and styling my hair i now feel it needs some pampering.  If these tablets can improve the condition of my hair then great i would be hooked for life, so please allow my hair to have some TLC. thanks

Currently i am a 27year old going through the menopause, this has played havock on my hair and i would love to test these and give my review. Hopefully they will give me backsome shine, condition and strength rather than the dull 'do' that i currently have. x
