About Perfectil® Original
Perfectil® is an advanced beauty supplement for skin, hair, and nails, with nutrients vital to cell maintenance and cell renewal, antioxidants to help protect against sun damage, and plant extracts for a healthy complexion. Perfectil® triple active advanced nutrient tablets provide a scientifically developed blend of over 22 nutrients for deep nourishment of skin, scalp and nail tissues.
Each Perfectil® tablet provides vitamins and minerals to help maintain optimal cell maintenance and cell renewal, along with antioxidants to help protect delicate tissues from the ageing effects of the sun and other free radicals, such as smoke. Natural plant extracts which help to maintain a healthy complexion, and vitamins and minerals essential to healthy blood circulation and strong tissue formation are also included.

We would not recommend taking both Perfectil® and Wellwoman® on the same day as both products have been formulated as multivitamins and so contain some of the same nutrients which you may be doubling up on unnecessarily.
However if you do wish to benefit from both products it is possible to take them on alternate days, e.g Wellwoman® on Mondays and Perfectil® on Tuesdays and so on. The nutrients from both products will build up in your system and you will experience the benefits of both products over time.
Calcium is an essential mineral, important for maintenance of strong, healthy bones. However, it has not been included in the Wellwoman® or Perfectil® formulas, since it is not possible to include the right amount in one small capsule / tablet. Rather than including just a token amount of calcium, Wellwoman® and Perfectil® have been designed so they can be used with Vitabiotics' Osteocare® tablets or liquid.
For best results we recommend a regular intake.
We would like to assure you that Perfectil doesn’t contain any ingredients which are known to cause painful periods and has no know side effects when taken as directed.
You may wish to try Wellwoman Original as it contains Starflower oil and Evening Primrose oil as well as comprehensive formula of vitamins and minerals. Starflower oil and Evening Primrose oil are known to help regulate hormonal balance which may help support your monthly cycle.
Meanwhile I recommend you visit your GP to see if the pain you are experiencing during your periods warrants any further investigation.
