From the information provided, I would suggest you try the Vitabiotics Tricologic brand (Tricologic Man for men and Tricologic Woman for women). 

Tricologic® Woman has been scientifically formulated to provide a complete spectrum of 26 nutrients for all round health and vitality and also includes specific nutrients  such as biotin, selenium and zinc which may help contribute to the maintenance of normal hair. There would be no need to take an additional biotin supplement.  It also contains a number of nutrients which may help to maintain normal growth of hair if the condition of the hair (or hair loss, thinning of hair) is a result of marginal deficiencies in dietary nutrients.  

Results vary amongst individuals, but in most cases we would expect the beneficial effects of vitamins and minerals to build over several weeks or months. A regular intake is recommended.

Perfectil is a health food supplement containing only moderate levels of vitamins and minerals, and natural plant extracts, carefully formulated by a team of experts, including highly qualified pharmacists to help maintain hair, skin and nail health.  This product has not been designed specifically for those with PCOS and we have not had specific feedback about Perfectil from individuals suffering with PCOS.
