Are bad teeth relationship deal breakers?

GH

If you were looking for the perfect partner would bad teeth be a turn-off? Where does a great smile rank in your list of perfect partner must-have qualities?

I'm sorry to say that bad teeth as in dirty or rotten would be a definite turn off. Poor hygeine of any sort is never attractive. If though, the bad teeth were bad purely from an aesthetic point of view then that would be different. There is not alot you can do to overcome the cards you are dealt with especially if your parents couldn't afford or bother to get you braces and the like when you were a child. Other than that it's major surgery if you really feel that your teeth are that bad, but for me, if someones teeth are clean and well cared for then that is as far as I am concerned. Personality is far more important than surface looks. Sure looks matter for the first 5 minutes maybe but after that it's who you are not what you are that matters to me. Clean and cared for is a statement of mental well being as much as dirty and rotten is a statement of poor mental health. No one wants to get into a relationship with a nutter other than a psychiatrist maybe.

Yes, it's never too late bad breath is a massive turn off i tell my BF to go brush his teeth (i do work in a dentists btw so everything he needs is here) You get one adult set look after them or risk wearing nasty dentures that hurt and mean you cant taste your food properly or pay a massive ammount for more pain an expensive implants

Yes, bad teeth = bad oral hygiene ... do you really want to exchange something as intimate as a kiss with a mouth that looks dubious?   eurgghh - no thank you!
