Have you got more body confident as you’ve got older?

The answer is yes. I am still not overly confident with it but more so than I used to be, and it looks worse for sure as it has obviously aged and sagged etc :) In my 20's I would not go swimming for fear of people seeing my body, I thought I hated swimming but really it was showing my body that I hated. This year I went swimming for the first time in ages and loved it. Now I feel more confident to bare myself, even though I don't look any better than in my 20's, I have lots of thread veins for a start, I am more self accepting now.
