second month survey e mail
just got the survey link and mine does not work, its just saying survey closed and enter survey code.I have e mailed holly.
anyone else having the same problem?

I got two links:

At the end of the first link's questionnaire it says we will now send you your second pack (or something like that) I haven't tried the other one, but it is slightly different. They are not personal to me as I have to put my login name or e mail address.
Just went thru it again - just in case - yes, it does say we will now send you your second month's supply. This seems odd, and I did e mail Holly to tell her in case she had sent the wrong link - I filled it in two days ago, but haven't received anything yet, and I ran out two days ago.
