How to stick to your diet at Christmas
Alice asked: "I’m currently dieting and I’m worried about overeating over Christmas - what should I do to prevent this?"
Here's Anita's advice.

"Hello Alice,
You've definitely done well if you're on a diet, keep it up!
Think of keeping to simple options – low calorie, low fat. Completely cut out dried fruits, anything processed and anything that's going to bloat you like fizzy drinks or mixers.
Try to stick to very plain foods such as chicken and fish, try salads if you're tempted by the buffet.
Think of what you're going to feel like in January. If you've done this well so far, don't let it slip or you won't feel good.
Most important of all, try to fill yourself up before you go out. Make sure you have a really good breakfast. Always try to start meals with a soup, such as watercress which is low in calories. Also try to have a salad course as that will fill you up.
If you want to detox the liver then beetroot juice is fantastic as it will help to speed up liver detoxification and it will make your stomach feel much flatter and you won't be bloated."
