I AM NOT THE EXPERT OBVIOUSLY...
A good exercise is to hold weights in each hand
First hold the weights with your arms down (I shape-ish), then raise your arms up (T shape), keeping your palms facing downwards.
Then hold your arms straight out (T shape-ish), then bring your arms together (out stretched) infront of your chest, keeping the palm of your hands facing down. The weight should be at arms length.
This is good for mens pecks and womens busts. Sorry, but this is a slow solution!
