can I use wellwoman hair growth along with cod liver oil tabs

Tricologic woman does not contain any Cod Liver Oil and therefore it is possible for you to take Tricologic woman along with Cod Liver Oil capsules. However, we do not recommend taking Tricologic woman if the Cod Liver Oil capsules have other vitamins as well.  This is because you may be doubling up on some of the nutrients unnecessarily.  Tricologic woman may be taken along side any of the Vitabiotics Omega-3 fish oil supplements in the Aquamarine or Ultra-Omega range.
