50/50 about the tablets. Would love to know what happens to our "Improvements" if/when we stop taking them

I may have imagined less cellulite on my thunder thighs - or it could have been because one of the bathroom spot lights has broken.

Hair thickening, or maybe it has stopped falling out as much?

Oh I don't know.  Nearly at end of Box 2 and still no complimentary comments from anyone.

I am 50/50 about the tablets.  I would be interested in hearing what changes happen/happened to us all if/when we don't take them any more.  Can we still post on here (under the Trial heading I mean) does anyone know?

Would plain old multi vitamins do me just as much good?

What is everyone else thinking at this stage?

Happy Easter xx

I think that the time that it takes for any vitamins/ supplements  to have a noticeable effect varies between individuals and their conditions. I do think that  they begin to work immediately that we take them but perhaps because of other deficiencies, or toxicity, or diet , it can sometimes take a while before we see the best  results.

I know that iron starts to work almost immediately if you are deficient!

My stores were low once, and within a couple of days of taking my dr's prescription of iron tablets,  I felt completely different, even though iIhadn't realised that I was low, it was a revelation!

I know also that it is how you take them that makes a difference. i.e some food blocks absorbsion, plus vitamins in tablet form are not the best way, liquid or powder is more efficient..

I know that my skin is clearer, I'd like to know what that is down too, which ingredient! or maybe it's a whole range working together....
