Tricologic trial the final day

Well i have reached the end of my trial,i have to say there is no great change to my hair,it seems shinier,but gets greasy quicker,and the my hair growth seemed quicker.In the first 2-3 weeks i did notice i was loosing less hair when i brushed and washed it,and i recieved a few compliments that it looked a little thicker,healthier and shiny,but for about the past 2-3 weeks i've been loosing quite a bit again.It was quite easy to remember to take the tablets with my main meal every day and i have enjoyed the trial but i dont think i would carry on and purchase these as they are quite expensive and i haven't noticed enough of a change to my hair in the long run to feel i would benefit from this.
