tricologic trial

hi all

have almost finished my first box,and have some things to report,first when washing my hair yesterday,not a lot was left in the sink(yucky i know),my hair also feels a lot thicker to me,but am booked into my hairdressers next week,so will report back and let you know what she thinks,she has been my hairdresser for 6 years now,so i am sure if there is any difference she will notice it.

my hair is much more shiny and looks healthier than it did,this isnt just my imagination,as a very close friend asked me what shampoo and conditioner i was using,so that really made my day.

have continued to have very strong,yellow coloured pee(have been checked and it def isnt a urine infection),so dont no  if this is the tablets or im not drinking enough water,so will give that a try,has any other of the trialists had this problem?

havent got a lot else to report,but will update after my hairdressers appointment.
