hi

have eventually had time to sit down and add an update to my blog.

have received my new delivery and am still taking the supplements,have had no trouble in remembering anymore.

nothing much to report,although my hair is shiny and feels "heavy" i know that sounds strange,but i dont think it looks much thicker,when i feel it,it does def feel different,i really hope this is not just my imagination.

i hope every one else is getting on as well as me,sorry about the very short blog,but things here are manic.
