tricologic trial

hi everone

just completed my first 30 days,and have just done the survey.

my hair definetly looks and feels much healthier,and when i visited the hairdressers last week,she mentioned that my hair looked healthier,and she has been doing my hair for 6 years(thats frightening).

i have remembered to take them most days,and they are very easy to swallow despite the size.

the other thing i have noticed since taking the tablets,is that my very brittle nails,that i can never grow,as they always break,but they are not snapping,and i now have the longest nails i have ever had(i wonder if this is due to the tablets) as hair and nails are formed from the same thing(sorry dont know the name of it).

i will post some photos,sometime in the next week.

ps,meant to ask is everyone else doing well on the trial,and have they noticed any difference
