Ok so now i have decided what supplements to take, starting now!
Multivitamin. Goes without saying.
Omega 3 fish oils. For emotional wellbeing, and I'm sure they have other benefits which I will google.
Sea kelp. Says it supports weight management, that is all I need to know about it :D Something to do with regualting your thyroid.
Vita-lean. Ok so I bought these tablets with irvingia and cissus in them which are supposed to help control the appetite, I'm going to try these too.
Milk Thistle. I'll only take this to support my liver when I am drinking wine as I think I have enough tablets to swallow now on a daily basis.
I have some co-enzyme Q10 here but I am not taking that now, I thought it was supposed to help you utilise energy better in your body but I can't find much info to support this really.
I aslo have some 5 HTP tablets but I am not taking them as I don't think you are supposed to take them if you are already on an antidepressant, same goes for my st johns wort tablets.
I also have these chilli burn tablets which are supposed to raise your metabolism but they are so big and taste disgusting, I can't swallow the bleeders!
I could open a herbalist shop at this rate. Anyway I will take the tablets I have mentioned and see what happens.
