Sunday night shift
Well, here I am back on nights again. On Saturday night I was off and M was here. In the day time I had to go shopping for some new trousers, as much as I hoped I was just bloated and my jeans would fit me the next day, I have had to bite the bullet and buy some new clothes. I had outgrown all my old trousers and I had literally nothing to wear (that wasn't skin tight!!)
M was feeling miserable as he ran out of anti-depressants over the new year, so we stayed in, weather was too bad to go anywhere anyway. We got an indian take-away & I had some wine whilst playing scrabble, not very healthy :( but it was a mushroom dopiaza, mushroms are nutritious!?
Today I am starting a popular diet. I NEED to lose weight. It is about 2 months before I have the final fitting for that bridesmaid dress, I am already fatter than when I was measured for it. I HAVE to lose weight to avoid future misery. I will be writing down what I eat and hopefully this will encourage me to behave. Forgot to take all my supplements today as I got up late and didn't have much time before work :/ I have been trying to drink cups of water here at work. I wanted to put my creams on this morning but I can't bear the thought of having to touch my flabby body , I just can't , not good. I will put my face creams on though.
Ok, time for sleep break now.
Hi iris 333 i have asked for some info on Acai berrys not for me ,just lucky .my hubby but i have already bought some from health shop they say they help in losing weight so far not much to tell but he said he is sleeping like a log ; keep you posted good luck it cant be easy but thanks to our screamy im sure you will come right.
