2nd of Jan a new year, new me ?!
Right so how did the first day of the year go as far as being healthier is concerned?
Well, to eat I had one third of a cheese & onion quiche, some bacon crisps & 3 eggs. Where are the fruits and veggies?!
I have been up all night, body clock all messed up due to working night shifts. At about 4am I started on the bacon crisps again, then I thought I would put them down and had a punnet of strawberries, there we go! That is healthy, fruit :) Then a few more bacon crisps, but there are still some left in the big bag, that is progress.
Last evening I also had about 6 units of alcohol :/
I took my supplements, apart from the possible appetite supressant ones as I am not sure about them and I find it hard going swallowing these things (though bacon crisps are surprisingly easy to swallow).
I drank more than 2 litres of water, yay! No diet pepsi but one cup of tea. I now have a huge headache, don't know if it is due to too much hydration or dehydration from crisps and the alcohol. Ouch, I think I'll try to get some sleep now.
