So I'm coming to the end of my trial now. . . only a week or so to go.

As I commented in my last blog I've deffos noticed an improvement in my eyelashes ha ha.

Well I'm still struggling to remember to take the supplements all the time but I think I'm improving!  I still think the size, shape and smell is off putting but as they say "No pain, no gain"

Eeeeek.  Well the pills are pretty big but easy enough to swallow, they don't smell so good (eau de fish) but it's not like you're chewing them and there's no nasty after taste.

The supplements have arrived

So the supplements arrived this afternoon - I was slightly confused by the fact that there didn't seem to be enough to complete the trial and thought my baby brain was affecting my ability to calcu

I've been meaning to write this first post for at least a week now but with my 5 month old puppy asleep at my feet and my 6 month old baby in bed I've finally sat down to get started . . .
