Am into week 10 now and my nails are fab and I am seeing some good improvements to my skin and especially to my under eyes- a lot less black and puffy.  Have even been checking out deals on perfect

month 3

Nearing the end of the first week of month 3. the most noticable difference has been my nails which have grown to quite a descent length and are no longer spliting.

I got my third pack this morning, have not really noticed the gap much. Yesterday i had a manicure and am sure my nails have dramatically improved, they are stronger and longer.

have just finished my fifth week and the thing i have noticed most is how quickly my nails are growing and the my hair is stronger and a bit thicker at the root.
